感謝使用 EMo（以下稱「本 App」）。我們非常重視你的資料隱私。本政策說明本 App 如何處理你的資料。此政策僅適用於 EMo iOS App。
我們蒐集哪些資料
- 本 App 不需要建立帳號或登入。
- 你在 App 中建立的內容（例如：心情記錄、習慣等）僅儲存在你的裝置上；我們不會將這些資料傳送到我們的伺服器。
- 我們不蒐集可識別個人身分的資訊。
第三方與作業系統服務
- 內購／訂閱：付款流程與收據由 Apple 處理（Apple In‑App Purchases / Subscriptions）。我們不接觸你的付款資訊。
- 通知：若你啟用通知，本 App 只使用通知來提醒你記錄或回顧，且不會將個人資料傳送給我們。
- iCloud 備份：若你在系統層級啟用 iCloud 裝置備份，App 內資料可能會隨裝置備份儲存在 Apple 的 iCloud 中。App 本身不會主動將你的資料上傳到開發者的伺服器。
分析與廣告
- 我們不整合第三方廣告 SDK。
- 我們目前不使用第三方分析 SDK。
資料保留與刪除
- 你的資料保留在你的裝置上，直到你在 App 內刪除或移除 App。
- 刪除 App 會移除本地資料（依你的 iOS 邏輯與設定為準）。
- 訂閱與取消：你可以在 iOS「設定 → Apple ID → 訂閱」管理或取消 EMo 訂閱。
兒童隱私
- 本 App 標示為 4+。我們不蒐集兒童的可識別個人資訊。
本政策之變更
- 我們可能不時更新本政策。更新後會發布在本頁並標示最新日期。

We value your privacy. This policy explains how EMo iOS App handles your data.
Data We Collect
- No account or sign‑in is required.
- Your in‑app content (e.g., mood entries, habits) is stored locally on your device; we do not transmit it to our servers.
- We do not collect personally identifiable information.
Third‑Party and OS Services
- In‑App Purchases/Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not have access to your payment details.
- Notifications are used only to remind you and are not sent to our servers.
- If iCloud device backup is enabled at the OS level, app data may be included in your Apple iCloud backups. The app does not upload your data to developer‑owned servers.
Analytics and Ads
- No third‑party ad SDKs.
- No third‑party analytics SDKs at this time.
Data Retention and Deletion
- Your data remains on your device until you delete it or remove the app.
- Deleting the app removes local data (subject to iOS behavior).
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Children’s Privacy
- Rated 4+. We do not collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
- We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
